We provide digital marketing, ad management, website/app development, SEO, and creative strategy. Each project is custom and executed with the client's goals in mind. Outcomes may vary based on external factors beyond our control (e.g., algorithm updates, ad platform shifts).

2. Payments & Refunds

All projects require upfront payment or milestone agreements. For website or app development projects, we offer a 50% money-back guarantee if requested within 7 days of project handover and if the product is unused and not deployed live.

3. Intellectual Property

All designs, content, code, and strategy documents remain the property of The Apex Society until full payment is completed. Ownership rights are granted only upon full clearance.

4. Termination

Both parties can terminate agreements with a 7-day written notice. Work completed until that date will be billable. Refunds (if applicable) will follow our project-specific terms.

5. Liability

We aren't liable for platform bans, algorithm penalties, third-party app failures, or any indirect losses. We do our best—but marketing involves risk.
